About the Role

ROLE SUMMARY

  • The Technical Intern supports field installations, equipment recovery, and customer support activities, focusing on SME/Enterprise clients. The role involves ensuring quality installations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and assisting the technical and sales teams to meet service and revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support SME/Enterprise installations and repairs.
  • Manage installation orders to meet revenue goals.
  • Provide timely feedback and reports on installation progress.
  • Liaise between clients, contractors, and design teams.
  • Commission and test equipment post-installation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
  • Be available for emergency technical support.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in Telecommunication, Electrical, IT, or related field.
  • At least 6 months of ISP field installation experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Customer-focused with solid technical and organizational abilities.
  • Candidates must have a valid driving license.
