Job Description

The role is responsible for coordinating and delivering end‑to‑end funeral services with professionalism, empathy, and operational efficiency. This includes preparing funeral service quotations, negotiating with clients, recommending appropriate products, and providing emotional support to bereaved families. The position supports families in developing funeral programs and ensures all funeral proceedings comply with established operational procedures.

Prepare funeral services quotations for clients
Negotiate with clients
Recommend products that are sought after
Provides comfort to bereaved families
Assist the bereaved family come up with a funeral program
Ensure funeral proceedings are in line with laid down operational procedures.
Market information gathering
Process repatriations and expatriations
Captures information into the system.
Verifies claims
Recording and safekeeping of personal effects.
Hand over personal effects and clothes to bereaved family representatives
Monitor movement of caskets
Estimate distances to be travelled and make fuel requisitions.

Qualifications.

At least one year of experience in Funeral Services
Relevant Bachelor's Degree
