Job Description

Minimum requirements:

• Namibian Citizenship;

• Grade 12 (25 points);

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for the Old Mutual Loyalty Program.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email, and print.

• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and activities to drive awareness and participation in the loyalty program.

• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and analyzing data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.

• Provide administrative support, including maintaining campaign calendars, organizing meetings, and managing documentation.
