Job Summary
As the Sr. Product Manager, Digital Marketing, you will be the engine room of our global digital growth ecosystem. You aren't just a marketing technologist; you are a builder of scalable systems and a driver of digital excellence. Sitting at the intersection of world-class user experience and technical execution, you will ensure our digital marketing portfolio is data-driven, operationally seamless, and optimized for long-term ROI.
In this role, you will own the digital product roadmap for the Digital Experience and Engineering team. You will manage a varied portfolio where high-impact initiatives—such as scaling our web-based on-demand platform—are prioritized alongside a broader ecosystem of digital projects designed to drive continuous customer acquisition, web optimization, and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Roadmap Ownership & Prioritization: Own the comprehensive digital product roadmap and backlog for the Digital Experience and Engineering team, ruthlessly prioritizing initiatives to align with global business goals.
Agile & Scrum Leadership: Lead day-to-day agile execution, running scrum meetings, sprint planning, and cross-functional team interlocks to maintain high engineering velocity.
Requirement Delivery: Author crisp business requirements and technical user stories, ensuring they are fully defined, groomed, and ready for production.
End-to-End Process Design: Create, implement, and optimize end-to-end product delivery processes, managing dependencies to ensure all marketing technology initiatives ship on time.
Architect & Optimize Digital Touchpoints: Design and optimize the end-to-end digital experience across core web properties and apps, ensuring a frictionless user journey that bridges customer engagement and digital intelligence.
Diversified Project Portfolio: Lead a varied roadmap of digital growth initiatives, driving strategy for specific projects. This includes transforming our on-demand platform content into evergreen assets while concurrently scaling other web, data, and conversion products.
Orchestrate the Tech Stack: Manage the digital marketing technology stack and its deep integration into the broader marketing automation and CRM ecosystem.
Lead Lifecycle & Automation: Build and own the lifecycle of lead capture to CRM, ensuring high-fidelity lead flow, data integrity, and immediate sales visibility.
Audit & Re-engineer Platforms: Audit the existing digital marketing technology landscape and lead flows, identifying friction points and technical debt to drive systematic optimization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing Operations, or Growth Engineering, preferably within a high-growth enterprise software environment.
Direct experience leading engineering teams through Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, and Agile delivery.
Mastery of the MarTech Stack, including expert-level proficiency with enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Comprehensive understanding of web data architecture, lead flow automation, and the complexities of global B2B demand generation.
Proven capability to lead large-scale technical transformations across a varied portfolio of products, with a strong bias toward iterative, data-backed processes.
Ability to build deep relationships and influence senior stakeholders across Go-To-Market (GTM) teams without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
Expert-level knowledge of Agile methodologies applied to marketing technology and web engineering deployments.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms to lead digital experiences, including web personalization and on-demand content strategies.
Future-Focused Innovation: Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., personalization engines, predictive routing) to move experimental technology into standardized production.
A proactive mindset—the ability to identify data or process bottlenecks before they impact performance and present them alongside scalable solutions.
PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent Program/Product Management certification is a plus.
