Job Description

The Senior Product Manager: Stablecoins & Agentic Commerce is responsible for shaping, validating, and scaling future‑facing digital commerce propositions across Central Europe.

This role combines product incubation and thought leadership. The Senior Manager will own the Central Europe narrative Stablecoins combined with Agentic Commerce, test it directly with clients, and continuously refine it based on market feedback, running pilots and scale opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Narrative Ownership & Thought Leadership

• Create, own, and evolve the Central Europe narrative for Stablecoins and Agentic Commerce.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, compelling client stories.
• Test narratives through client meetings, workshops, and pilots; iterate based on feedback.
• Contributes internal and external thought leadership and selected industry engagements.

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Identify and engage priority CE clients exploring Agentic Commerce and Stablecoin use cases.
• Lead client discovery and innovation sessions to shape real, pilot‑ready use cases.
• Build and manage a strong client pilot pipeline from exploration to execution together with Sales and Business Development.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating early‑stage innovation.

Product Development

• Translate client insights into use cases and product requirements.
• Support creation and progression of Product, including value propositions and success metrics.
• Partner with Europe Product, Technology, Legal, Risk, and Policy teams to ensure feasibility and scale.
• Represent CE client needs in global product discussions.

Internal & Ecosystem Collaboration

• Work closely with CE Sales, Digital Commerce, and Product & Solutions teams.
• Contribute to building a relevant partner and ecosystem landscape.
• Influence through alignment, insight, and strong storytelling rather than hierarchy.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

• A strong grasp of payments innovation, digital money, or tokenized value models, with the curiosity and credibility to lead stablecoin discussions at executive level.
• Proven success in senior product, go-to-market, or commercial leadership roles in payments, digital assets, financial infrastructure, or advanced technology environments.
• Demonstrated experience owning regional revenue outcomes, including pipeline leadership, monetization, and forecasting.
• A track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than hierarchy.
• Strategic mindset with a builder’s instinct; comfortable balancing near-term delivery with long-term innovation.
• Exceptional communication skills: able to simplify complexity, inspire action, and align senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and German, ideally native, but very strong to host client workshops and present on conferences
