Job Description ~
Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of network infrastructure
Continuous monitoring, incident response, escalation management, and technical support
Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business-critical operations
Skills Required~
Technical / Hard Skills~
TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs, QoS
Experience with network equipment such as Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba/HP, Meraki
Firewalls~ Cisco ASA, Fortinet, WatchGuard
Monitoring tools~ SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, Cosmos
Packet analysis using Wireshark and tcpdump
Knowledge of VPN, SD-WAN, load balancers, wired (ethernet & fiber) and wireless networking
Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality technology (preferred)
