Az Automotive Steering Column Kft. a Bosch vállalatcsoport önálló divíziójaként működik. Cégünk világszerte fejleszt, gyárt és forgalmaz kormányoszlopokat személygépjárművekhez és 16 autógyártó beszállítójaként működik. Egri üzemünk mellett további 3 helyszínen működünk, így személyesen jelen vagyunk a legfontosabb piacokon.

A HR osztály napi adminisztratív feladatainak támogatása
HR adatbázisok karbantartása, adatok pontos rögzítése és frissítése
Toborzási folyamatok támogatása (álláshirdetések feltöltése, frissítése különböző felületeken)
Jelöltek előszűrése, interjúk szervezése és egyeztetése
Tréningek és onboarding programok előkészítésében való közreműködés
HR rendezvények szervezésének támogatása
Riportok, kimutatások előkészítése

Folyamatban lévő felsőfokú tanulmányok (HR, gazdasági vagy releváns területen)
Magabiztos MS Office (különösen Excel) ismeret
Pontos, precíz munkavégzés
Jó kommunikációs készség
Önálló, proaktív hozzáállás

Angol nyelvtudás
HR területen szerzett korábbi tapasztalat (pl. gyakornoki munka)
