Overview

神殿・敷地・宿泊所の清掃・サニタイジング・植栽・建物維持管理業務を行い、維持管理に必要なメンテナンス業務をサポートする

Role

雇用形態: 正職員（１カ月単位の変形労働時間制）※週休2日制（日曜日・その他１日はシフトによる）
就業場所: 日本福岡神殿（福岡県福岡市中央区平尾浄水町9-15）
給与: 教会規程による

Responsibilities

神殿・敷地・宿泊所の清掃・サニタイジング・植栽・建物維持管理業務を行う
維持管理に必要なメンテナンス業務サポート
清掃用具の補充、ゴミ出し、家具の移動、簡易な修繕作業を行う
日常的な清掃業務の他、カーペットなどに業務用清掃機器を使ったディープクリーニングをする
業務計画・報告書作成・施設ボランティアのサポートなどを行う
上記の職務例以外にも必要に応じて、他の仕事が割当てられることがある

Requirements

有効な神殿推薦状を保持している方 ※必須（代理のバプテスマと確認のための推薦状は不可）
清掃業務経験（２年程度）
花や植物管理の知識・経験のある方
化学薬品の取り扱い方を理解し、対応できる方
英会話ができる方歓迎ですが、必須ではありません
円滑なコミュニケーションを図り，チームと協力して仕事を進めることができる方
15キロ程度の物を持ち上げることができ、長時間の立ち仕事にも対応できるなど、十分な体力を有する方
