Asset Servicing Analyst at Citi

You’ll be a part of a very dynamic team focused on the following types of activities:

• Reconciling, processing and submitting WHT tax reclaim applications, resulting from dividend and interest distributions paid to our Clients, to tax authorities in various countries across entire globe
• Resolving queries raised by tax authorities and/or our Clients
• Acting as a checker in the process
• Providing support to other tax related processes if needed
• Participating in process of onboarding new Clients if required
• Assisting in preparation of special reports and ad-hoc projects

Your key responsibilities:

• Preparing documentation in the tax reclaim process
• Validating documentation prepared by team members
• supporting the onboarding of new Clients or processes
• building safe environment to test new solutions and encourage outside the box thinking
• challenging covered process in order to identify and mitigate risks
• assisting in development junior team members

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English, German will be an asset
• Computer literacy
• Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong creativity, innovation, problem solving skills
• Willingness to develop and learn fast
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
