About the Role

ERM is seeking an exceptional Head of HR Business Partnering, EMEA to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our region during a period of significant growth and transformation. This is high impact leadership role for a commercially astute HR leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, people, and business performance.

As a trusted partner to senior leaders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, you will lead and inspire a diverse team of HR Business Partners, ensuring the people agenda directly enables ERM’s ambitious growth strategy. You will have a seat at the table, influencing critical decisions and translating business priorities into an integrated, forward looking people plan.

ERM is a global sustainability consulting firm with a clear purpose and a strong investment focus on future critical capabilities, including the low carbon transition, ESG, and product stewardship. The EMEA HR team plays a central role in enabling this strategy, and this role sits at the heart of our HR transformation journey.

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, EMEA, you will be a core member of the regional HR leadership team and a key contributor to shaping how HR operates across the region.

In addition, you will have an internal client group to act as a Business Partner for.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach and inspire the EMEA HR Business Partnering team to deliver a high impact, business aligned people agenda.

  • Partner closely with senior leaders to understand, prioritise and balance complex and competing business needs.

  • Own and drive delivery of the regional HR strategy, ensuring clear outcomes, momentum and measurable impact.

  • Play a key role in the implementation of the HR transformation roadmap, helping to modernise and elevate HR across EMEA.

  • Influence organisational decisions relating to talent, capability, culture and structure to support sustainable growth.
