Senior Consultant – Nature Positive at Environmental Resources Management (ERM)

About the Role

ERM France is strengthening its Nature & Water team with a Senior Consultant specialized in Nature Positive strategy, biodiversity, and TNFD/SBTN alignment. You’ll bring strong technical expertise and a commercial mindset to help us grow in a rapidly expanding market.

What you will do

• Lead high‑complexity projects on biodiversity, nature dependencies/impacts, TNFD/SBTN, net gain, and nature‑positive pathways.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure excellence in delivery.
• Develop client relationships and grow the pipeline
• Drive cross‑selling with other ERM teams: M&A, Climate, ESG, Pollution Prevention…
• Contribute to thought leadership and represent ERM externally.

What you can bring

• 5–8+ years of experience in biodiversity, nature positive strategy, net gain and ecological impact assessment, or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of TNFD, SBTN, biodiversity credits, and nature‑related regulations.
• Proven commercial drive and experience with industrial or financial clients.
• Ability to manage complex assignments and mentor junior staff.
• Fluency in French and professional English.
