Job Description

naThis role provides immediate and effective responses to complex administrative requirements in line with established SLA parameters, operating within a high-volume processing environment. Furthermore, this role ensures the seamless delivery of general administrative and secretarial support to the Area Manager and broader management team at the area office.

Key Responsibilities:

Process adherence and support

  • Follows standardized processes and provides administrative support aligned with normal business functioning.

  • Delivers on daily production standards while adhering to service and quality benchmarks.

  • Responds promptly to immediate requirements within established procedures.

  • Applies standard administrative techniques to coordinate own work effectively

Customer and Intermediary Service

  • Provides indirect service to customers and intermediaries.

  • Acts as a support person and/or point of escalation for complex or difficult cases/clients.

HR Administration

  • Appointment and onboarding administration.

  • Internal Transfers co-ordination.

  • Independent Contractor administration.

  • Training administration and co-ordination.

  • Exit and resignation process management.

  • Payroll and commission query resolution.

  • Private Secretary administration.

  • Finance administration.

  • General HR administration.

Role qualifications and experience

  • Matric with a secretarial diploma (compulsory).

  • Proven experience within a secretarial administrative environment (preferably within financial services).

  • Fully multi-skilled across products and processes.

  • Extensive, relevant experience in providing administrative support.

  • Valid driver’s license with own transport (compulsory).

  • Attention to detail with a commitment to service and quality standards.

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving ability, particularly in complex or escalated cases.

  • Proficiency in administrative systems and HR processes.
