Regional Manager – Northern Cape (Central Region)
Old Mutual | Personal Finance

The Mandate

You will take full ownership of the area — performance, people, and growth.

Drive Performance

  • Deliver against clear, non-negotiable sales targets
  • Use data, not excuses, to manage performance
  • Intervene early and decisively where performance dips

  • Raise the bar on leadership, coaching, and accountability
  • Make tough calls where required

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
  • FAIS accredited (NQF5 – 120 credits)
  • Full product accreditation
  • Leadership experience
  • CFP® (advantageous)
  • Driver’s licence and own vehicle (non-negotiable)

Regulatory Note

This role falls within FAIS (Category B).
Candidates must meet Fit and Proper requirements (honesty, integrity, competence).
