About the Role

Pearl Hospital is a Level 4 multi-specialty hospital in Laikipia County. Guided by our values of Quality, Efficiency, Professionalism, and Compassion, we are seeking a Human Resource Intern to support the Human Resource Department in daily administrative and operational activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee records management, staff welfare, training and general HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and selection processes.
Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
Assist in preparing HR documents, letters and reports.

Minimum Qualifications

Degree, recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
Prior Human Resource management exposure is an added advantage

Key Competencies

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Social media platforms)
