About the Role
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Software & Hardware Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our Point of Sale (POS) and Property Management System (PMS) software solutions, as well as related hardware products. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and onboarding new customers within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's POS and PMS software solutions and related hardware products.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers, particularly restaurants, hotels, and hospitality businesses.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Onboard new restaurants and hospitality establishments onto our POS and PMS platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software sales, IT sales, POS systems, or hospitality technology solutions is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry will be an added advantage.
