Job Summary

The Shawarma Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, excellent customer service, and efficient staff management.

The supervisor ensures that the outlet runs smoothly, maintains hygiene standards, and meets sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and service staff

Ensure shawarma and other menu items are prepared according to quality and hygiene standards

Monitor food portioning, presentation, and consistency

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the outlet in line with health regulations

Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance

Train new employees on food preparation, safety, and customer service

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

Ensure proper storage of ingredients and minimize wastage

Oversee cash handling, sales tracking, and daily reporting

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
