About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Support entrepreneurs through the loan application process and ensure all required documentation is complete.
  • Collect, organize, and verify financial and business information for loan assessments.
  • Capture accurate financial and business data into portfolio management systems.
  • Track loan repayments and conduct follow-ups through calls, messages, or business visits.
  • Prepare repayment status updates, dashboards, and portfolio reports.
  • Maintain organized digital loan records for compliance, audit, and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with program teams by sharing business insights and supporting financial literacy initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling assessments,meetings, and investment committee documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and teamwork ability.
  • Experience working with entrepreneurs or SMEs is an added advantage
