Job Description
The Consultant, Implementation supports client onboarding and implementation engagements by executing delivery activities across the implementation lifecycle. This is a client facing role responsible for supporting successful, timely, and high quality implementations of the Pismo platform for customers in Colombia and the LATAM region.
The Consultant works closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to support planning, execution, testing, go live readiness, and early post‑go‑live stabilization. The role contributes to maintaining delivery standards, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and onboarding activities including kick off preparation, requirements support, configuration support, testing, go‑live readiness, and handover
- Execute assigned delivery tasks and track progress against project plans
- Assist with documentation such as requirements, action logs, risks, and status updates
- Support customer readiness activities including access setup, environment prerequisites, and certification preparation
- Participate in customer and internal workshops and working sessions
- Support go live and early post‑go‑live stabilization activities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned and process documentation
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
2 to 4 years of experience in project delivery, implementation, consulting, or technology programs
Experience supporting client facing projects in a structured delivery environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience with SaaS platforms, fintech, payments, or core banking solutions
Familiarity with implementation or onboarding methodologies
Exposure to APIs, integrations, or technical delivery concepts
English proficiency. Spanish required for client interaction
