Overview

Los empleados de Finanzas reciben, registran, supervisan y diseñan controles internos para proteger los fondos sagrados (donados de manera confidencial en obediencia a los mandamientos de Dios) destinados a la misión religiosa de la Iglesia, bajo la dirección de líderes eclesiásticos superiores.

Responsibilities

Realizar pagos a los proveedores siguiendo las políticas locales y las normas contables.
Aplicar las retenciones de ley.
Realizar la carga de los datos, las conciliaciones bancarias y asegurarse de que todas las partidas pendientes se liquidan correctamente.
Realizar asientos de ajuste y reclasificación de cuentas.
Realizar el mantenimiento de calidad de cuentas conciliables.
Gestionar la comunicación con los clientes internos para la resolución de casos.
Ayudar a preparar diversas estimaciones financieras e informes de gastos; así como, elaborar informes y reportes de gestión según sea requerido.
Gestionar la creación y actualización de registro de proveedores, validando la documentación soporte y consignando las respectivas reglas de retención de impuestos.

Requirements

Indispensable: Profesional universitario en contabilidad, finanzas o economía.
Contar con un mínimo de 01 año de experiencia en el campo contable, con conocimiento sólido sobre los principios contables.
Indispensable dominio del Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio — avanzado.
Indispensable: conocimiento de impuestos, leyes y normativa vigente.
Conocimientos de NIIFs (deseable).
Habilidades para la comunicación verbal y negociación; capacidad para relacionarse a todo nivel.
Inglés a nivel intermedio.
