About the Role

What You'll Do

Prospect and engage SMEs, retail stores, hospitality businesses, and corporate clients.
Promote and sell digital payment and financial solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate merchants on benefits.
Support merchants with onboarding, KYC documentation, and activation.
Achieve monthly sales and merchant activation targets.
Maintain daily activity reports using CRM or digital tools.
Provide follow-up support to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention.

What We're Looking For

OND / HND / BSc in any discipline
1 - 2 years direct sales experience (FinTech, Banking, Telecoms, FMCG or related sectors preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Good knowledge of the Lagos business environment
Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools.
