For our Home Comfort division, we are looking for an experienced and motivated person for the following vacancy:

Sales Representative – HVAC Systems (Southern Bulgaria)

We’re looking for a Sales Representative – HVAC Systems who will take charge of the company’s partner network in Bulgaria and drive success in the HVAC market. If you have strong industry experience, technical expertise, and a passion for building relationships, this is your opportunity to shine!

Job responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Actively identify and secure new business opportunities for Bosch HVAC solutions across Southern Bulgaria
  • Partner Network Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with installers, specialized distributors, construction companies, and engineering designers
  • Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners select the optimal Bosch systems for residential and commercial projects
  • Sales & Negotiations: Conduct professional presentations, prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts
  • Training & Enablement: Organize and conduct product presentations and basic training sessions for local installers and partners to ensure high-quality installations
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to provide feedback to our central product and marketing team

Additional Information

This position is eligible for a company car, laptop and mobile phone

Requirements:

  • University degree in HVAC, engineering or other relevant field would be considered a plus
  • 2+ years of previous professional experience in B2B sales within the HVAC, heating, building materials, or construction technology sectors
  • Strong technical understanding of heating systems, heat pumps, or ventilation solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset
  • Good organizational skills, high level of responsibility
  • Proactive personality, ability to prioritize the workload, good time-management, multitasking
  • Fluent English – written and spoken
  • Driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
