About the Role

Overview

This position provides clerical support in the Paris Temple Office

Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, performs a limited variety of duties for functional groups involving compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing documents and maintaining records and files.
  • Routines are generally prescribed and supervision is readily available, receives calls, emails, and visitors that cover basic situations, assists in resolving questions and issues.
  • Provides constructive feedback while maintaining sensitive visitor relations.

Requirements

  • High School graduate with some college and minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a specialized or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Ability to demonstrate computer skills and proficiency in applicable office software;
  • Ability to follow procedural guidelines, accept and adapt to periodic changes in guidelines and procedures; Ability to resolve routine questions and problems referring more complex issues to higher levels;
  • Must be able to work with others and communicate effectively in French and English.
  • Ability to work from Tuesday through Saturday including bank holidays.
