About the Role
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to principally support a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will work closely with other HR Business Partners and the broader People Operations team to enhance the employee experience, foster engagement, and drive alignment with our company culture and values. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, solutions-oriented professional with a strong balance of strategic HR and operational expertise.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with PeopleOps team members to address organisational challenges, enhance employee engagement, and support talent retention and leadership development in alignment with company values.
- Guide employees and managers through HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations scenarios and navigating a flat organisational structure.
- Coach new managers in leadership skills such as performance feedback, handling difficult conversations, and employee relations.
- Execute key HR processes such as performance reviews, employee transfers, leave management, and terminations, leveraging systems like Workday.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies and partner with our legal team to manage employee agreements.
- Serve as a culture carrier, ensuring HR strategies reinforce company values and foster a positive work environment.
- Partner with the global People Operations team to share updates, best practices, and innovations, building context and fostering efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned or needed.
- 7+ years of HR experience with broad HR generalist exposure (employee relations, talent management, performance, compensation, and recruitment).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and tailor messaging to varied audiences.
- Demonstrated success coaching managers and resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday or other major HRIS platforms; comfortable with data and reporting with ability to analyze metrics and translate into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High discretion and integrity in handling confidential matters.
- Business acumen with high level of curiosity and proven ability to understand challenges that technology teams face and proven ability to provide strategic HR solutions.
- University-level degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to manage ambiguity.
- A healthy sense of humor and enthusiasm for working in a high-performing HR team.
