About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in nutrition, baby care, hygiene, and personal care products. The company is committed to delivering high-quality products while building strong partnerships with healthcare institutions and professionals.

Position Summary

  • Our client is seeking a passionate and professional Nutritionist to support hospital and clinic engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating awareness of infant nutrition products, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting hospital partnership programs. This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and maternity facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit hospitals, clinics, and maternity departments on a regular basis.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on infant nutrition products and their appropriate use within approved guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, nurses, midwives, procurement teams, and hospital management.
  • Identify and develop new hospital and clinic partnership opportunities.
  • Support the onboarding of hospitals and clinics.
  • Promote product awareness through ethical and professional engagement.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity and hospital visit reports.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on follow-up activities and market feedback.
  • Represent the organization professionally during all stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Experience in hospital relations, medical detailing, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or FMCG healthcare products is an added advantage
