About the Role

As part of the Artist & Label Partnerships team, you'll work closely with labels, artists, managers, and distributors to develop and execute impactful initiatives that support our frontline music partners. You'll collaborate with the Music Partnerships & Audience team on local strategic initiatives and partner with colleagues around the world on global campaigns.

In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for major and independent label partners, helping build strong relationships that support both partner goals and Spotify's broader music strategy. You'll bring together cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful campaigns, share industry insights, and help shape opportunities that connect artists and fans.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with label partners, artists, managers, and other music industry stakeholders.
  • Represent Spotify in partner meetings and industry events, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and create value for artists and labels.
  • Track artist, label, and cultural priorities to help identify opportunities for Spotify support across on-platform and off-platform initiatives.
  • Partner with label teams to develop and execute priority campaigns from strategy and briefing through production, launch, measurement, and recap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign priorities, share insights, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Act as an advocate for partners internally by sharing industry perspectives that help inform product development and business strategy.
  • Support industry education initiatives and represent Spotify in partner-facing presentations, meetings, and events.
  • Mentor and support team members in campaign planning, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of experience leading complex marketing campaigns, partnership initiatives, or large-scale cross-functional projects.
  • You have experience working within the music industry, including labels, artist management, distribution, streaming, or related sectors.
  • You have a strong understanding of the music landscape, including emerging trends, industry dynamics, and audience behavior.
  • You know how to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and partners.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively across different audiences and levels of an organization.
  • You are experienced at managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
  • You pay close attention to detail while maintaining focus on broader business objectives.
  • You enjoy collaborating across teams and bringing people together to achieve shared goals.
  • You approach challenges with curiosity, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • You are comfortable learning new skills, navigating change, and adjusting priorities when needed.
  • You are willing to travel and attend occasional evening and weekend industry events.
  • Where You'll Be

  • This role is based in Los Angeles, CA
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.
