About the Role

The Music Mission team owns Spotify’s end to end proposition for music creators and the experiences they create for fans. The team is dedicated to building tools and services to enable creation, promotion, expression, and monetization at scale.

The Editorial Product Integration & Partnerships team sits at the intersection of music curation, product innovation, and strategic partnerships. We help bring editorial experiences to life across Spotify’s product surfaces while supporting high-impact partner activations that connect artists, creators, and fans. Working closely with product, partnerships, and regional teams, we drive programs that shape how listeners discover and engage with music around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Support the planning, development, and execution of editorial product integration initiatives, ensuring editorial content and workflows are effectively embedded into Spotify product experiences.
  • Partner closely with editorial teams and Product Managers to coordinate content integration efforts while maintaining editorial quality and standards.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and processes to track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate project updates clearly across technical, operational, and creative stakeholders.
  • Analyze project performance and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement across the editorial-to-product workflow.
  • Support editorial teams in adopting new tools, workflows, and processes related to product integration initiatives.
  • Own day-to-day execution of Editorial Partnerships programs, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder management, and partner coordination across media, brand, and content partners.
  • Develop and maintain editorial assets, including playlists, copy, and curated content for partnership activations.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations that help inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to support globally consistent partnership programs and editorial experiences.

Who You Are

  • You have experience in project management, program management, partnerships, operations, content strategy, or a related area.
  • You are experienced working within music, entertainment, media, technology, or digital content environments.
  • You are familiar with streaming services, social platforms, and content distribution ecosystems.
  • You have experience with project management tools such as CODA, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • You are comfortable using KPIs, reporting, and data to inform decisions and measure success.
  • You know how to manage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and external partners.
  • You are an effective communicator who can bridge technical, operational, and creative perspectives.
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and can navigate ambiguity while maintaining momentum.
  • You care deeply about music, curation, and editorial storytelling.
  • You have experience or a strong interest in working at the intersection of content and product.
  • You are curious about how editorial experiences are built into product surfaces and enjoy improving how teams work together.
  • You have familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, dashboards, usage metrics, or a strong interest in developing these skills.
  • Where You'll Be

  • This role is based in New York.
