Job Summary
- Responsible for managing front desk operations, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and maintaining patient records.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors professionally.
Register patients in the HMIS system.
- Manage appointments and clinic schedules.
- Maintain and organize patient records.
- Support administrative and reporting functions.
Requirements
- Diploma in Health Records and Information Management or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in HMIS and Microsoft Office.
