About the Role
- Our client is urgently in need of motor vehicle part sales executive.
- Vehicle Parts Sales executive is tasked with driving revenue by marketing, sourcing, and selling vehicle components to individual vehicle owners, mechanics, and auto garages. They provide technical product expertise, manage inventory, and build lasting client relationships to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities include:
Sales Generation:
- Proactively market and sell auto spare parts, correctly identifying client needs and recommending exact replacement components.
Customer Service:
- Assist walk-in customers or handle corporate inquiries by researching part availability, compatibility, and pricing through electronic catalogs.
Inventory & Stock Management:
- Monitor inventory levels, process new warehouse shipments, track fast-moving products, and assist in routine reordering.
Order Processing:
- Prepare accurate price quotations, process invoices, handle cash or credit transactions, and follow up aggressively on order confirmations
Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor pricing and part demand trends to ensure competitive and profitable pricing
Key Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of proven technical or counter sales experience within the automotive spare parts industry.
Technical Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of vehicle mechanics, spare part compatibility, and electronic parts catalogs.
Communication:
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, confident, and persuasive personality to engage clients and vendors
