Responsible for the definition and implementation of a profitable growth strategy for the business of Mobility Aftermarket in Portugal. In this position, you are responsible for the strategy that enhances the sale of parts, equipment, digital tools and services to a wide range of customers, mainly classified in wholesalers and workshops.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join an international team as a Country Sales Manager at Bosch. If you are ready to take on this challenge, handle complex and international customers, this could be a good opportunity for you.

  • Responsibility for organizing and managing the department’s operations and business activities.
  • Leading the Sales KAM team.
  • Motivate and collaborate with other Mobility Aftermaket local teams: Marketing, Workshop Concepts, Supply Chain, Technical Assistance.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate functions such as Legal, Accounting, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Mobility Aftermarket team in Spain and in the South Europe organisation.
  • Preparing and executing business plans, budgets, and reports.
  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with the existing ones.
  • Implementing sales strategies in the market and managing departmental projects.
  • Analyzing market and competitor data and taking appropriate actions.
  • Local implementation of centrally developed strategies and concepts.
  • Systematic improvement of the department’s operations in all areas.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales Management, or a related field
• Master’s degree (preferred)

Experience:
• Several years of relevant experience in sales and project management
• Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket sector (highly valued)
• Proven experience in team leadership and change management

Know-how:
• Strong knowledge of sales systems and business planning
• Familiarity with finance and basic accounting principles
• Understanding of automotive market trends and new technologies
• Advanced proficiency in digital tools and IT systems

Languages:
• Portuguese (C1)
• English (C1)
• Additional languages are a plus
