If you’re passionate about making a real impact in the world and helping members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints draw closer to Jesus Christ through temple and family history work — this is your place. You’ll be creating, building, writing, designing, and shaping experiences that help members worldwide find family names, feel the Spirit, and take meaningful action. This is a full-time, 12-month, paid opportunity to build your portfolio, stretch your skills, and contribute to something that matters.
About The Company
Responsibilities
Content Creation
Develop engaging short- and long-form content for websites, blogs, social campaigns, email, and member-facing materials
Social Media Support
Assist with post creation, scheduling, monitoring engagement, and evaluating performance insights
Performance & Insights
Analyze content performance using dashboards, tracked links, and engagement data to identify trends, inform strategy, and deliver insights on what drives meaningful member action
Project & Operations Support
Manage project tracking, documentation, and team systems while coordinating assets, timelines, and approvals across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
Event & Research Support
Help coordinate and support RootsTech 2027
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or have been graduated for one year or less)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with content writing or digital content creation
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience with FamilySearch tools and basic familiarity with temple and family history work
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with technical or creative writing
Demonstrates personal initiative, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic

Experience collaborating across teams or working on cross-functional projects
