About the Role
Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Testing and QA Analyst to join our global ERP digital transformation team. The successful candidate will focus on testing and quality assurance work across all releases, ensuring the reliability and performance of our ERP system.
This individual works with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Test Script Development and Test Execution: Develop and design test scripts (manual and/or automated), test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans. Execute test scripts, record problems/defects, and issues in accordance with the project’s problem and issue management/defect management plans. Maintain detailed documentation of test scripts, test results, and defect management.
· Issue Management and Quality Assurance: Triage issues/defects and work with the required team(s) to resolve the issue. Work with workstream leads to resolve any issues that arise during the testing process. Inform the Testing and QA Lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all testing activities adhere to quality standards and best practices.
· Communication and Continuous Improvement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and issues. Identify opportunities for improving testing processes and implement best practices.
Key Challenges:
· Developing comprehensive and effective test scripts (manual and/or automated) that thoroughly cover the testing requirements of the project.
· Ensuring that defects are addressed in a timely manner while maintaining testing momentum often involves managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
· Ensuring that testing activities meet quality standards and best practices.
Requirements
- · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- · 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in a large-scale ERP implementation.
- · Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
- · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- · Proficiency in testing tools and software.
- · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- · Certification in Software Testing or related fields.
- · Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- · Familiarity with defect tracking systems and best practices.
