About the Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • The Programs Manager will lead the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of impactful programs that advance our mission. You will work closely with communities, partners and stakeholders to ensure quality, inclusion and sustainable impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead program planning, implementation and evaluation
  • Ensure programs meet quality, impact and compliance standards
  • Build and manage partnerships with communities and stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor and support program staff and volunteers
  • Manage program budgets and resources effectively
  • Prepare reports and communicate successes and lessons learned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development, Public Health, Sports Management or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in program management, preferably in NGO or community development
  • Strong project management, leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills
  • Passion for sport, health and youth development
