Job Role / Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager, ICCS will support Facilities Management Division leadership and all its sub-departments in annual planning and budgeting, quality & audit management, contracts management, financial management, and operational performance optimization. The role also leads the ICCS complaint cell, drives process improvements, and coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence, compliance, and optimized resource utilization across the division.

We are seeking a proactive engineering professional with strong analytical capability, high attention to detail, and passion for operational excellence in healthcare facilities environments. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional leadership roles, works well with data and systems, and is committed to advancing quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Support annual operational and capital budget planning, monitoring monthly Budget Variance Reports and identifying cost-saving opportunities

  • Develop and maintain divisional dashboards for FMD maintenance operations and the deferred maintenance program.

  • Plan and conduct internal quality audits, coordinate CQI initiatives & RCA for adverse events, and ensure JCI audit readiness.

  • Conduct weekly facility inspections and oversee divisional KPIs & appraisal reports.

  • Review and enhance divisional policies, procedures, and maintenance processes.

  • Coordinate contracts review and processing with PSCMD, Legal & Finance to ensure timely renewals and compliance.

  • Lead ICCS computerized maintenance management system and drive service improvement initiatives through liaison with IT and HxGN EAM support partner.

  • Coordinate risk registers & mitigation plans through the 4risk portal.

Eligibility Criteria / Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. MS Engineering or MBA preferred.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in similar facilities management capacity is preferable.

  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms (HxGN EAM preferred), PeopleSoft and maintenance process optimization.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Word, Power BI) & project-planning software

  • Experience with quality management systems, JCIA standards, and audit methodologies

  • Strong knowledge of engineering concepts with ability to apply to complex operational environments

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
