Job Requirements:
Education
Bachler degree, preference will be given to candidates with their degree in Social Sciences, Education, Economics, Statistics, and Computer Sciences.
Work experience
• At least three years’ rich experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably working in health, protection and TVET.
• Confirmed skills in collection, analysis and reporting of quantitative and qualitative data and analytical reports.
• Demonstrated strong monitoring and evaluation skills, including planning/participating in evaluations.
• Ability to handle a large and varied workload and meet deadlines. b) Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
• Basic understanding of statistical data (e.g., statistical analysis, social science, programme evaluation), ability to recognize, interpret and synthesize patterns in data
• Field Monitoring and field data collection skills
• Data analysis, dashboarding, interpretation and analytical report writing skills.
• Computer skills & Report writing skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills Language Skills: English, Urdu, Pashto (Preferred) Field visit frequency: Frequent with 70% of the time spent on field visits for monitoring activities. The IRC Core Values and Commitments.
